To put it frankly, there’s a lot of terrible financial advice out there. Especially when it comes to retirement, traditional advice is no longer relevant. Unfortunately, I constantly see articles written by so-called-professionals spewing out inaccurate retirement advice. Today’s episode of Investing in Real Estate comes from a recent live stream on our YouTube channel!
On this episode, I’m sharing my opinion on a ridiculous article written in the mainstream media about retirement. You’ll learn about how to retire at 40 years old—the right way. If you’ve ever wondered about retiring early, this episode is for you!

I have several family members who have followed this plan. They just don’t like rental property. We don’t mind one rental property but after having two we thought it was too much stress and work — even with a property manager. We are just not wired that way. My family didn’t give up anything they loved. My cousin, for ex, didn’t own a house till he was 50. He didn’t want the hassle.
Investing in the stock market may not get you to freedom as quickly but it is a valid way for those who aren’t inclined to amassing a real estate empire.
